What if the leadership models we've been taught to follow were never designed to celebrate our full brilliance?

This summer, we're diving deep and exploring themes of Psychological Liberation. In our community,  there has been a cultural call and a need for Decolonizing Leadership Paradigms. 

As Cultural Scientists and equity practitioners, we know that traditional leadership frameworks often carry embedded assumptions about whose voices matter, whose ways of knowing are valued, and what "professional excellence" looks like. These paradigms weren't created with our cultural wisdom in mind—but that doesn't mean we have to accept them as unchangeable truths.

It's time to reclaim leadership through the lens of our integrated intelligence.

This Summer: A Journey of Leadership Transformation

We are working on something BIG at the Equity Institute and can't wait to share it with you all. 

We're exploring how to build equity frameworks that work across all sectors—because whether you're in corporate spaces, nonprofit organizations, education, or entrepreneurship, you deserve leadership models that honour your cultural narratives and celebrate your authentic way of being in the world.

This isn't just about adding diversity to existing structures; it's about transforming them. This is about systems-aware leadership—understanding how current systems were designed, who they were intended to serve, and how we can create new paradigms that center equity, cultural celebration, and genuine psychological safety.
